Rechtsanwalt und Fachanwalt für IT-Recht Sven Kohlmeier sprach als Referent beim Akademischen Programm der „Fordham Law Alumni Association“. Einmal jährlich treffen sich die Alumni der „Fordham Law School“ (New York) in Europa um sich auszutauschen, zu vernetzen und aktuelle juristische Themen zu diskutieren. Rechtsanwalt Sven Kohlmeier sprach über das „Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz“, die Erfahrungen damit und seine Einschätzung zum Gesetz. Das akademische Programm stand unter der Überschrift „Free Speech and Content Regulation“ und fand am 23. Juni 2017 in Berlin statt. Das Programm fand in Englisch statt. Attorney at Law and specialized lawyer for IT-Law Sven Kohlmeier was one of the key-speaker at the „Fordham Law Alumni Association“-Meeting held on June 23 in Berlin. He talked about the „Network Enforcement Act“ and first experiences with the new act in German. Once a year the European Chapter of the Fordham Almuni meet in a european city to discuss legal topics, to network and to meet each other. This year the meeting was at Humboldt-University of Berlin. The 2019 meeting will be held in Naples, Italy.
